Not great. I have spoken with them several times and they do not seem to understand what I want done.

"So this person wants us to do a full cleanup every time we cut her lawn. Last week we spent an hour cleaning up her lawn for the price of a normal cut. We fully understand what you want but cleanups are much more expensive than a general lawn cutting/ service. You aren't looking for an experienced lawn service your looking for a neighborhood kid to take advantage of. Best of luck."

Poor relay of info from client (me) to owner to workers. Total disregard of communication from client (me) to owner. For example, after I notified the owner that I no longer required his services, the lawn was cut once more & an invoice submitted. Needless to say, I did not pay for services rendered after termination. Owner never extended the courtesy of meeting me in person.
