Dennis responded to the call for no heat. He was at the house promptly and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. We have used D and L in the past and they come thru every time. This is a first class, personable, family business.

Though I didn't actually use this service just yet, I did call to get some information of some of their services provided, including checking my heating system (since we moved in May and have not technically turned it on yet).  Anyway, I'm reviewing bc I was met with a very kind person on the other end of the line that was super helpful and informative.  She made me feel very comfortable and I will be calling them back to book!

Great service. Very punctual. The serviceman wore booties, and not only fixed the unit, but cleaned up afterward.

They are very honest, instead of a huge repair bill, it was a fraction of the cost that I thought it would be.  I will definitely use D & L Custom Services again.

It was wonderful! Dennis is probably the best repair man I’ve ever had. He’s very knowledgeable and he only sends knowledgeable technicians to do the work. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The price was between $5,000-$10,000. If I’ve ever called with an issue I would get a response right away.

They come and clean them. It was fine. They did a nice job. They are very courteous towards me. They call each year to make sure I want the service. They don’t just come out. They call first.
