Provider was not detail oriented with the job.  The worst part was that the floor was laid in winter but provider did not leave room for expansion.  During the summer the floor buckled in five different areas.  Provider was called  on several occasions and assured he would correct the problem.  When he gave the weekend dates that he would return to repair the floor, he never showed, nor called.  Eventually he stopped responding.  I had to contact another provider and pay $300 to have the floor repaired appropriately. Provider still did not respond even when I indicated that lack of response would warrant a report to BBB.
