It was completed in a very timely manner. The gentleman Bill was extremely professional and courteous. He noticed that I had a bubble in my front tire that was caused by a pot hole. He ordered me a new one and replaced it the same day. Very happy with the service and will definetly be returning in the future.

Repairs were done correctly and on time. But as soon as I drove off the lot I had a new problem, and they cashed it a pure coincidence and made me pay for fixing that as well.

They take care of my cars all the time.I have older cars, and they always need work. They take care of everything. They are like everyone else in price. They always call me before they do any work, which is excellent. They make sure they tell me how much it will cost before they do the work. I think its a fair price, a market price for the work. They take the time to call and explain what is going on with the vehicle, and what the issue is. I know a little about cars, and I ask if its something else. He takes the time to patiently listen, and is respectful.  I think most of the guys that have worked on my house is not been respectful.

They were extremely helpful and thoughtful. They notified me of a dangerous problem that I had neglected and fixed it quickly on a Friday afternoon. They also determined the problem with my a/c and what was needed to repair it.

It went very good, he was pleasant, he did not take forever as well, and gave us a really low price. Very nice people.

Needed to replace the breaks on my car as the old ones were about to give up. Were recommended to them by a friend. Did a great job and were reasonable with the pricing. Good service

Fine.  Conte's is always very professional and honest in their work.

A piece of my car's trim either fell off or was never replaced at a body shop I used 2 years ago. I asked Conte Brothers to order new parts and install them for me. It took time to locate the parts, I don't think the dealer was too enthused about selling parts, but we finally did get them and they were installed successfully. It wasn't a big job, but the whole transaction was handled very professionally. I am a new customer, and will be back for any work my car may need in the future.

We had previously been told that we needed a new timing belt chamber, and went in telling them that we needed one. We also explained that the bolt was now broken on there and needed replacing as well, and that our tire seemed to have a leak. They were not great in their pricing, they went above and beyond for us, and were extremely honest. Whoever had been adjusting the timing belt previously, was not doing it right. So they adjusted the belt for free, and replaced the bolt. They easily could have taken us for a lot more money, and it is refreshing to know there are honest people in this world. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again.

Very Professional, very responsive and did a great job on my 2003 Honda Odyssey Trans.   I will continue to take my cars there for all other service needs.  Thanks Conte.

Conte Brothers are the best auto mechanics I have ever encountered. They get an A+ in every category - professionalism, speed, customer service, friendliness, competence, honesty, and price. They have consistently charged less than half of what our dealers - VW and Mazda quoted. And they have consistently recommended that less work be done than what the dealers recommended. I've never had a mechanic tell me that less work was needed - but that is what you get when you go to Conte Brothers. I wish that all service providers were just like Conte Brothers.

Although this repair did not go smoothly because of an  initial misdiagnosis, Bill Walton at Conte Brothers was determined to please me and conducted himself as a professional. The initial repair did not fix the problem and I had to take my car back multiple times before the problem (a faulty control panel) was found. Despite what must have been many additional hours, I was not charged anything more than the initial invoice.
In any business, difficult customer service situations are inevitable. How the customer is treated during these instances tells the tale about the quality of the business. I feel very comfortable in recommending Conte Brothers and commending Bill Walton based on their response to my difficult auto service issue.

We really like them. We had thought that we needed more work completed and the mechanic was very honest and told us that the work was not neccasary and safed us quite a bit of money. They were recommended to us by a friend and I definitely think we will start using them more often.
