It was okay. Scheduling was a bit difficult because they were saying that they were booked but I had them within the next...it took me around 15 days, April, 28th is when I think I used them. The service was good but they couldn't keep up the timing. They should keep up their schedule, that is the only thing. I had to call like 5 times to make sure they are on time. In the afternoon, middle of the work I came for that but they delayed like close to one and a half hours. That was the only gripe I have. That is the reason I want to give a B because their service was good but then they were not keeping up their schedule. Cherry is a good company. They were saying some taxes or something like that...I was asked to pay some taxes I guess. They were saying the one in Angie's List is with no taxes, so they did ask for like $5 more. Quality was good.

It was not as good. They didn't do cleaning as well as I expected. I had to bring in someone else. There was a lot of work to be done that wasn't take care of. Only one person came out.

The cleaning person was very nice, but there was a language barrier. For example, I told her not to clean inside the newly installed stand-up shower because the grout was not yet dry. She smiled and nodded yes. And next thing I knew, she was in there scrubbing away! Luckily, I stopped her before any damage was done, but it could have been a big problem. I have since found another company that does a good job for less money.

It was not that great. There were stuff left uncleaned.

It was good. I told them the specific area that I wanted to be cleaned and they took care of it.

Overall, they did a good job but the master bathroom shower showed signs of not being completed i.e., the cleaning agent wasn't fully rinsed and dried.

I purchased a 2-hour cleaning service through Angie's List.  The provider never contacted me, I had to contact them (even though Angie's List said the provider would contact me).  When I mentioned this, the provider claimed they did not have a telephone number for me.  I explained that I believed they were going to contact me through Angie's List and was told they didn't know what I was talking about.
I arranged for the cleaners to arrive on a date and was told they would be there "first thing" that morning.  The Friday before my service, I got a call saying that they could not come until 10:00 am.  I planned my morning around that time to be home for them.  Then, they unexpectedly arrived around 9:00.  When I called the provider to discuss the timing issue, I left a message and no one ever returned my phone call.
The women who cleaned the couple of rooms in my house did a nice job on the rooms that they completed and they were very nice.

The young lady they sent was a very hard worker and did a good job, but there was a language barrier. She really didn't understand what I wanted and wasted her time doing things that didn't need to be done (For example, she put in a lot of work scrubbing down the shower walls after I told her that didn't need to be done b/c the shower had just been installed the day before.) |I have since found another house cleaner, so that's why I would not use MaidPro again, not because the woman was a poor or unpleasant worker.

The two ladies, who arrived promptly, were professional, but spoke little English.  They started at one end of the house and worked through to the other.  Because of the language issue, they did not know or understand that I had asked to have some specific special things cleaned (two decks).  I managed to communicate the need to do the covered deck, but they were unable to do the third floor deck as it was raining.
When they left, the house was shining!  That evening, I realized they had also not cleaned the display case I had also specified as needing special attention.I called the office in morning, and   as it turned out, that information had not been included in the instructions given to the cleaners.  Two days later a crew of three came out.  They did the deck and the cabinet, and re-vacuumed (their idea) to clean up the little that was tracked in from the cleanings.
I will definitely use Maid Pro again.

Norma and Adela came out at the exact time I was told.  They were very professional and pleasant.  I am a homebound person so to have a stranger come into my home and have it be such a pleasant experience was wonderful.  I am also very fussy about cleaning and I did not have to re-do anything!  They were excellent!  I had another professional service prior to this and the price was higher and they did much less.  I will continue to use Norma and Adela!  Oh, and a shout out to Neal for being the most customer service oriented representative I've done business with!  Thanks!

The team arrived on time, introduced themselves, reviewed what they were going to do and immediately began working. I left the home and returned before the time stated they would be finished. As I walked around the home, I was very impressed with how clean the house was. The pervious owner of our new home left it very dirty. The two women worked pass the time expected to ensure the kitchen was spotless. Appliances that I would not touch due to dirt were ready to be used. I was very impressed with the service and have already scheduled another appointment.

We are very pleased with her. She comes every two weeks. She is the best cleaning girl I have had. She is terrific.

They were very late in showing up, and I didn't receive any contact from them to state they were lae. They were supposed to arrive at 12:30 and didn't show up until 1:45. Since it was a Saturday, there wasn't anyone in the office picking up calls about service but luckily I contacted the sales department, which was staffed on Sat. That person contacted someone - and I eventually received a phone call from the cleaning staff who were on their way. Once they arrived, they got right to work and kept working for 2 hours. They did a great job, but I think I underestimated how much time was needed to fully clean everything. I forgot to ask that the walls be wiped down, the windows be cleaned - all which would have added to the price, but would have been worth it.

They were easy to schedule, and arrived promptly, but there was a huge language barrier - to the point that I couldn't even communicate my preferences, or how long approximately the cleaning would take.  Also, some sort of solution was used on my hardwoods that left a horrible white residue.
