I am disappointed in their service. I had them out on 11/7/16 to check out my freezer. The technician couldn't diagnose the issue, told me to call another company, and took the service fee of $155. I asked if someone in the company could help and he said someone would call me 11/8. No one has called. Very poor service. I would very much appreciate a refund as no service was actually performed.
