+ -1 moreAs usual, the service was provided professionally and thoroughly. I didn't realize what I was getting into when I offered to store "a few things" while my friend moved. It looked like some boxes has been in the back of a garage for years. Not the newly, neatly packed boxes I had expected. And I didn't expect to house the stuff long enough for any freeloading bugs to multiply and infest my home. Cavanaugh's have provided carpenter ant protection since we moved in 30 years ago. Over the years we have added services as needed - carpenter bees, etc.
Description of Work: I had been storing stuff for a friend for six months. When it was finally moved out, I wanted the area treated for whatever pests might have been brought in. This is covered under my "Home Seasonal Service". The technician refreshed the rodent baits on the perimeter of my home, sprayed the basement, foundation, windows, doors, porch, etc., inspected for bees, and advised that all looked in order. Whew!

+ -1 moreIt's a yearly contract, they did a good and thorough job, and the sales person was pretty good. They take care of ants at my parents place, they were prompt, the price was reasonable in comparison.

+ -1 moreI wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family members. They were expensive. I had used another pest control whose charge was cheaper. A third company I had used was a bit expensive than Cavanaugh.
