Excellent service fast and easy. Very professional technician. Cardwell also noticed an error on by bill so they refunded me $126.00 I would definitely use them again for service.

It was okay, we thought, but we had a lot of issue come up. First there was a gas leak right after the installation. Thankfully my husband caught it and we got Cardwell back to fix it before something horrible happened. Also certain things that were promised in our initial meeting weren't done, we only noticed later. We had several issues with the thermostat not working properly. To their credit, each time Cardwell would send workers out right away to fix the problem. But we were worried there were issues we couldn't see. So when we had to get our upstairs unit replaced this spring, we went with a different company that came highly recommended in our town. We asked that company to inspect the downstairs HVAC. They found numerous issues. The issues were not a matter of safety but it was clear to a professional that it was sloppy work. After all this, we're going to forfeit a 2-year service contract was included in our HVAC installation and pay someone else to do our spring and fall servicing of the unit. I will note Cardwell installed our system in May of the pandemic, so that may have impacted their work. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt on that.

After having issues with a previous company I called Cardwell they came out gave an estimate and had a new ac unit running for me in less then 2 days. The company does fantastic work and more so truly cares about the people they serve.

Unit worked for one year. Company did not stand behind there work. Almost a year to the day one of the lines they installed failed. Company would not come out to replace the line. Use at your own risk. Owner didn’t have enough professionalism to even get on the phone and discuss

Bob was very professional from start to finish. He was very honest, my unit is very old and did what he could with what he had to work with

Bob was fantastic to work with. I called him to come take a look at a leaking furnace in the home we recently purchased. I left a message with his answering service, and Bob called me back within 10 minutes. He came by later that day to take a look and see what we were dealing with. Right from the beginning, I felt that Bob was honest and knowledgable. He explained that our system was 29 years old, and would need to be replaced. He gave us a quote with a few options (explaining the difference between different options we had) of replacing our entire furnace and AC system, but was in no way pushy or misleading. I foolishly held off on replacing the furnace immediately, and after two weeks, the furnace finally ceased working and I was frantic. I called Bob as soon as I realized our heat was no longer working and he was able to get our whole system replaced just two days later (he apologized for not getting to us sooner!). He and a coworker showed up on time and got right to work. They did a great job and were respectful, polite, and just genuinely nice people. They were able to replace our furnace and AC in one day - in the pouring rain. I really enjoyed working with Bob, and we spoke about some future work we'll be doing once we refinish our attic. I'll definitely be calling Cardwell Heating and AC to help in our heating and cooling solution for that space, and any further HVAC needs. Overall, Bob is a genuinely honest and knowledgeable guy and I'm very happy with the work he provided.

Bob was very nice and did what he could to help me out until I can get the funds to get a new unit installed. He was honest and I appreciated him coming over

The heat on the first floor was not working. Bob came over within a couple hours and quickly diagnosed the problem (fuse was blown).  Bob was here and gone within 30 minutes.

Priced about average and seemed to know what was wrong in a heart beat.  Will gladly call again.  Very polite and covered his shoes when walking through the house.   Very nice to deal with!  When called on Saturday and he couldn't get here he told me what to do temporarily over the phone.   Great customer service!  Not the usual.

We called last night when we realized our A/C wasn't working on the first floor on a 90+ degree day.  He kindly walked us through the possibilities over the phone to avoid having to schedule a service call, but to no avail, still no luck.  He actually made it out to us first thing this morning before his regular day even started, was super professional (shoe covers and all!), great with the dog, great with the kid, and most importantly, great with us. We had one of those insanely stupid and embarrassing moments when he pointed out the plug had come out (seriously - we are usually smarter than this, blame the kid), and didn't charge us for his time and trip out to us.  We will be happy to contact Bob and utilize his services for our upcoming maintenance appointments, he was a class act all around.

They arrived promptly, got to work immediately, explained everything that they did, showed me how to regulate new thermostat, etc.  They left my house so clean that you couldn't tell that they were here.  I definitely recommend this company!

Our furnace stopped working today, hear of these guys from a friend so we gave them a try. Worked out great. They came within a short time. They were professional, clean and reasonable. Didn't take long to figure out the problem and they fixed it today. Overall, great job. Will have to replace the furnace in the near future, will be giving these guys a call for that job when that time comes.
