Spoke to Wendell. He was nice and told me someone would be out to my rental property to assess why one room didn't have power. He said it was $125 for the service call then someone would follow up with details to explain the issue and go over pricing.
6 hours later I call Wendell to check on the status of my job. He tells me its all done and the price is $395 + tax! Im not mad at the cost of service - more so that he didn't even follow his own protocol. NO ONE called to make sure I was OK with the price or to explain the problem!
He was timely but I wont ever trust him with my credit card info again. My property is a business for me and its not up to them to decide how much I want to pay without consulting me.
Had they just called me to okay charges and repairs I would have given an A. Maybe they are good for homeowners in their presence but landlords who aren't present for repairs should be contacted before charges go through. UNPROFESSIONAL!

Spent two hours diligently inspecting and tracking down source of power failure. Found and repaired one source. Located another short in the system and shut it down as was unable to repair. Addressed all of my questions in laymen's terminology so that I had a good understanding of the problem and the solutions. Assured that every single outlet and circuit throughout my large, 4-bedroom house was operable before leaving.

He seemed very reasonable, he was on time and very thorough. I chose him because he had a decent rating and he was local. He was very thorough in his explanation.

They have done a lot of electrical work for me, even with my pond. They were great and did a good job inside the house. They re-did the ceiling fans, put in 2 way switches in between the basement and my house and some work in the deck. I have been using their services for a few years and they are very reliable. They also added another unit as the first one wasn’t enough. They call me before they come and once they reach, they call me again. I will continue to use their services in future.
