Joe gave a competitive quote and his guys did a nice job. We are very happy and would recommend to family and friends. We would definitely hire Bibbo contractors again without a thought.

10/31/17 Very personable, very fast, very clean and neat. The price was the best of 4 estimates. I highly recommend Joe and his crew. They had to rip out all my subroof and it still cost $11,700. I think I got a great deal.

Joe and his team did an excellent job. The roof replacement went quickly and without any snags. His team worked long hours to complete the job in just a couple days, and the cleanup job at the conclusion of the work was just as professional as the job itself. I would absolutely hire Joe again for another building project at our house and recommend him to friends and family.

Joe is a good communicator, he always answered our questions patiently and specifically. He has a very efficient team and he worked through the whole project which made us feel at ease.

Everything went well. We had a few delays with the city and permits but nothing that was anyone's fault. He was at the job site every day and always kept us updated on the progress. The first Sunday back in the church everyone was beyond satisfied with the work and extremely happy with how good everything looked.

Joe and his workers did a fantastic job. Very neat and professional. Cleanup was perfect. Joe was a very nice person to deal with. Do yourself a favor and pick him to do the work you need to have done.

The house looks 1000 times better. Joe and his team showed up on time and made quick work of the job. It was complete in a matter of days. We've had many of our neighbors comment on the house. We went with a premium color, Pacific Blue, and it looks great. Two family members couldn't even find our house the first time they visited; they said it looks like a completely different house. Joe knows how to price a job reasonably, I'd hire him again without question.

Bibbo Builders did an excellent job repairing dry wall in our condo and painting the interior, including trim and ceilings. Mr. Bibbo was professional, prompt, and did meticulous work. I would highly recommend Bibbo Builders.

The roof was completed the same day.  Gutters the following day.  Very professionally done.  Cleaned up everything and made sure the nails were magntically removed from the area.  Great quality and looks great! Already recommended to friends!

We were looking for a provider that had a good reputation.  We checked Angie's List and sorted through about 8 different roofing companies. We ended up getting proposals from 4 of the companies.   Joe Bibbo was responsive and answered all our questions.  He got the township permits for the job.  That was a good thing because an inspector did come by and ask to see the permit, which was posted in our front window.  Joe was a good communicator.  The job was scheduled for Friday and on Tuesday the forecast was for rain on Friday. Joe called and said we needed to delay a few days.  That Monday he called and said we were good to go for Wednesday.  Joe's crew did the whole job in one day.  They stripped the old shingles off and put down new ones. They did a nice job and the clean up was very thorough.  We were very pleased with the job and would recommend Bibbo builders to others who need a new roof.

I want to start this review saying – I do not believe I ever met a contractor that was more enthusiastic to work and please his customer. Joe was on-site and involved every step of the way. Joe and his crew worked with a sense of pride and provided quality workmanship. Joe went above and beyond to ensure he met our expectations. We are receiving compliments on the roofing and paint job daily from friends, relatives, and neighbors. I believe it is next to impossible to find a contractor that will paint the exterior of a house by brush at such competitive pricing (compared to most that spray paint). After this experience, we have no reason to look for, or hire other contractors for future projects. A job well done by Joe Bibbo and his crew!!

Very professional did my roof and siding and got it done in a timely matter his crew was great! He did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend him!

What attracted me to Bibbo Builders was the fact that there were no negative reviews. In fact, the reviews were not only positive but glowing with compliments of professionalism and quality work. I then compared product and pricing. Bibbo was the only roofer who offered to remove two layers of old roof AND install new gutters and down spouts for the same general pricing of other roofers who only offered one layer removal and no new gutters. Joe was very prompt and professional. His workers arrived promptly at 7AM and immediately began setting up and working. Each one had a designated job and they all worked like skilled surgeons. Joe arrived shortly thereafter and all work and clean up was completed by 3 that afternoon. I have a two story colonial approximately 2800 square feet of roofing. The roof looks great and with the new gutters the house looks terrific. My compliments to Joe and his crew. I would highly recommend them.  

I can honestly say that the experience overall was a great one.  Joe was very professional and responsive along the entire way of the process.  As a woman who knows very little about home construction/maintenance in general, I hesitated initially about how this would go given that like many others, money is a big factor, along with quality.  And certainly the thought of being taken advantage of with higher prices did cross my mind as I consulted with various contractors in the begining.  Joe made the experience extremely easy and frankly, he took the time to explain everything even down to the point where he assured me he didn't want me to sign the contract until I had all of my questions answered.  My experience working with Joe is that he and his team were just down-to-earth, honest people who made it so easy to work with from start to finish.  

The team showed up bright and early on a Wednesday morning and they worked nonstop as they replaced the entire old rotting roof plywood and applied the new roofing all in one day.  They also did a pristine job with the clean up to the point that you wouldn't have even known they were there.  Then the team who replaced the gutters came the following morning and they only took about an hour...One minute they were here and the next they were gone!  

I have already had neighbors ask about Bibbo Builder's great work.  I'd definitely consider Joe and his team again should I need any additional work done to the house in the future!  

The job went fantastic. Within hours, Joe replied to my inquiry and was out within a couple of days to examine the roof and give me an estimate. I knew the roof was in poor shape and Joe assured me that he would be able to take care of everything - which he did.
Having had experiences with contractors (including big box stores) I was naturally a little wary. Joe made me feel comfortable and did EXACTLY what he said he would do- and then some. He had to work around weather and when there was a break in the weather, he and his team showed up and got the roof done in a day, followed up by the gutters a day later. They worked very efficiently throughout the day and also did an incredible job cleaning up after the job was done. Moving forward, if I have any contracting need whatsoever, I will contact Joe Bibbo first. I will recommend him to everyone.

Honestly, I was hesitant to use a general contractor because of the horror stories one hears, but after seeing the rave reviews on Angie's list, and because of other home projects in the pipeline, we gave him a call. I am so very glad I did. Joe responded to our voicemail within 24 hours and was right on time for the initial consult. He was honest about pricing, left product samples, and was all around, a professional, honest guy. His initial estimate came in at or slightly lower in comparison to others received from the big name roofing companies in the area, so we decided to hire him and the job was scheduled for less than 2 weeks later.

Unfortunately, it was found later that in addition to the new roof all of the ply wood had to be replaced since it wasn't to code - this increased the price from a little under 6k to 9.3k which is still a reasonable price for my square footage.

The job was scheduled to be completed in one day and the crew Joe hired were due at the house 8-9am, so I was shocked to find Joe's truck parked outside of my house at 7am when I left for work! He stayed on-site all day and talked to us after to go over what had been done and address any questions.

The job was completed on time and on budget - I highly recommend Joe and will definitely be using him again for future projects.

Joe and his employees arrived at my home at approximately 7am and immediately began
to work.  They worked until past 6 pm. They arrived the next day to finish the job and was done 
by 10:30.  The gutters will installed the next day.  
Joe was professional and answered any questions and concerns that we had.

From the initial contact with Mr. Bibbo for an estimate, I felt comfortable with his approach. During the consultation, he took his time inspecting my roof. He then explained the scope of work needed, the materials he would use, and the amount of time the job would take. He was on point with everything. The quote provided was very fair and reasonable, with no hidden costs. When compared to other estimates I had received, including one cold call contractor, I had no difficulty in choosing Bibbo Builders as the contractor to use.The work was completed in less than two days, with little disruption to our household. His crew was very professional, and were always polite and considerate to the family during our comings and goings throughout the weekend. They performed a complete cleanup of the property, and the yard actually looked better than before they started.
 
I plan on having some more work done in the spring, and will be calling on Bibbo Builders again.
