Roof was replaced…the workers came at 8 A.M. and worked til 8 p.m…in the heat…the Roof was finished in one day…no problems!! If any questions, I was given the owner, Bill’s, direct telephone number..Everything was done as promised..even the clean up.I really appreciated how easy the owner, Bill, made the entire project for me..I would definitely recommend him!!! this company. He comes with a very hard working team…at the finish he checked everything out ..I would definitely recommend this company. .

Auletto's replaced the roof on our home in 2016 - we moved in in 2017. Noticed a small water stain on the ceiling so we called them to come take a look. Bill came out the next day and found a small hole from a branch. Patched it up for free even though he could have easily charged me (not his fault a branch fell at the perfect angle!). You just don't see that kind of customer service and kindness much so it was greatly appreciated.

Project was done very professionally, on time and on budget at a very reasonable cost. Very happy with Auletto's roofing and his follow-up.

They were outstanding. They were neat and in and out. They were outstanding workers. They did a great job. The old gutters would leak when it would rain and they came up with a plan to fix that. They just did a great job.

A few issues arose and they were prompt in correcting them.

they came to repair the roof leak we called about.  At the time no one told us we needed a new roof and the repair might not fix the problem.  When the next rain occurred the roof was still leaking so bad we lost ceiling tiles from the water.  we called the company and it took some time for them to respond-- in fact they did not respond until we threatened a horrible review.  Finally at that time they did respond and told us we needed a new roof.  They did not really answer why we were not told that to begin with, but said they had hoped the repair would solve the problem.  We asked for a estimate for replacing the roof and were told they would not be able to do a new roof for several months as they were so busy.  After some discussion with the owner he did refund the repair cost we had paid him.

Mr. Auletto returned my call requesting an estimate promptly and came out as promised the next day. He explained the work that needed to be done, provided an estimate promptly, and when I accepted the estimate, he gave me a work date within a few days. His crew arrived promptly, worked in a careful and professional manner, and completed the work quickly. Cleanup was meticulous.
The crew patched rotted boards on the garage roof with plywood sheathing, taking great care to get all rotted wood removed--a time consuming labor intensive task in itself. 
To a man, they were polite and considerate, carefully protecting shrubbery with tarps and leaving the site in perfect condition.
I would not hesitate to recommend Auletto Roofing to anyone, and would most certainly call upon them again if the need arose.

Great.  Jeff was responsive, courteous, sympathetic and professional.  And he solved the mystery of my lingering roof leak and was a able to do the work the same day.  I should have contacted Auletto's to do the original roof replacement and saved myself the aggravation of having to have the shoddy job repaired by another roofer.

Crew arrived on time, had the old roof removed by the time I left for work, and according to neighbors the new roof was completed by 3:30 or 4:00 PM the same day. They were clean, punctual, and professional. The roof looked great and has held up perfectly over the last 4 or 5 years. I have recommended Auletto's to several friends, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Bill came out and meet with us to explain what we will be doing to our home during the process of installing our new roofing system. All through there was some confusion on the products and type of warranty we would be getting Bill worked it out in the end. Bills brother was onsite the 2 days it took to install the roof and made sure everything that was needed to get done was completed. In the end the roof looks great and since we have had it installed (2 mths) we have not had any problems. We had 4 quotes for the same type of roof and Auletto’s was the best. I would use them again.

We called three providers on Angie's List for estimates for a new roof. I always get three estimates for any project. Bill Auletto, the owner, came out to give me the estimate. He explained the options such as tear off and replacement or laying new shingles over old and replacement of skylights. He gave me his estimate based upon the variables and he left. I called him with a few additional questions before I decided who I would use. He was available to answer my questions and he didn't pressure me or become impatient. I selected him over the other two basically because he seemed to be someone I could work with. The work took the number of days he told me it would take. His work crew was neat and courteous. His supervisor was his cousin, I believe. I believe that it was a good job as my roof doesn't leak and it looks good. We had an issue with a loose gutter in the winter. He came out promptly and repaired it for a nominal fee.

Everything went fine. The roofers showed up on time and finished the job the same day. Everything was cleaned up nicely. I have no complaints at all.
