Everything was as expected. We have seen countertops in other homes that were higher grades than ours but we like ours better. Getting samples to take home were no problem. The selection is huge, almost overwhelming. The people in the office were very helpful and the installers were very careful .

When the granite counter top for the kitchen was installed, the installers were confused about the faucet. The faucet was included and they had one on the truck to install. This was only a minor problem and it was quickly fixed with a telephone call to the office. The second vanity top was installed one week after the kitchen granite was installed. I am very pleased with the quality and professionalism.

I went to the fabrication location in Camden, not the Marlton Pike store.
They were unorganized (my paperwork was misplaced with another client's) and lack of professionalism. There was a discrepant in pricing (the contract's fine print vs. the sales person's price) but they refused to correct the price. Instead the person got rude and very defensive. I was turned off by this and backed out of the deal after putting the deposit down. Also, the business hours are not very convenient for people who work full time.
The quality of work could have been good but I would never know because I didn't want to go that far.

Update:

I just wanted to correct what the store said in response to my original review. Telling their side of story to defend the business is one thing but distorting the truth is another matter. Everybody makes mistakes and people should do their best to correct them in professional and civil manner. I wish they were honest. Unless the person was having a brain spasm and couldn't remember what she did. I did not walk away from this place because I didn't like the terms of the deal, I walked away because of how they handled an issue. The reason I am spending time to write this update is that I want more businesses that are professional, honest, and easier to deal with. That's why we have Angie's List. Here are my points:
1. $200 for additional trip issue - the woman I dealt with told me it was $250. But when I read the contract's fine prints, it said $200. So I asked her about the discrepancy. Oddly, she got very defensive and rude. I think she was embarrassed but didn't want to admit that she made a mistake. She told me the paperwork was not updated. But she couldn't find any paperwork that said $250. She then crossed out $200 on my contract and wrote $250. Later, I called the owner of the store to ask about this incident- he told me he was going to investigate and call me back but I never heard back from him.
This was the reason I walked the away from these people. If she had apologized then, they would have had my business and better grade on Angie's List.
Also, I found another granite place that doesn't charge for additional visits. My job didn't require any additional visits anyway. I don't know why ALL Granite thought it did.
2. The upgrading of the faucet issue - I tried to negotiate to upgrade at no extra charge but they told me and quot;no.and quot; So I accepted it and moved on to put the deposit down. If this was important enough for me to get real upset then I would have walked away right then without putting the deposit down.
3. The store hours - I meant the store hours to and quot;review the template.and quot; They only does template reviewing in certain hours a day. Not during the lunch hours, before 3 or 4 pm, I forget exactly but it was a small window of time and people have to take time off from work to make the appointment. Also, there are other granite businesses in our area that open 7 days a week and until 9 pm, which is much more convenient. They mention they have the Showroom location in Marlton Pike but the warehouse want to deal with you directly and they tell you to come to the warehouse - It's as they are separate businesses. It was confusing to me.
4. I did not routinely show up at the store afterhours. I only did that once by accident thinking the store was open. Nonetheless I was appreciative of the fact that they let me in and talked to me but they didn't have to do that, I could've have come back another time. Why they accuse me of showing up repeatedly? I think they were out of things to say about me.

Overall, this was pretty annoying experience and just know that there are better places out there to get your granite installed.

I had to back out and not use them due to bad behavior, pricing and tactics. They appear to be disorganized and rely a lot on referrals from local companies. If your contractor sends you here or you are told to use them by a middle man please stay far away. Your pocketbook will not suffer loss that way and t\you will not be treated like a child.

When they state customers are referred by contractors that's true. However I wish they would disclose their financial arrangement for referrals, both contractor and ALL Marble Albanian Granite.

The dealer refers the customer and ALL Marble ALbanian Granite sets their price, they have nothing to do with the dealer as they replied. Just a blatant boldface and quot;fabriication.and quot; The dealer does nothing but encourage you to use fabriactors they get deals with or have an arrangement. Shop around and do not shop here. They lost their help and these operators are trying to do everything on the fly. It's like you are the foreigner in your country. Buyer beware. Actually pay more somewhere else, you'll feel better too.
Buy the 50 square ft deals if you have that little or can get it down that low (surface ares), pay for better edges (not here though, try Renaissance or the South Philly guys).

The entire experience was very positive! Their installation was phenomenal. The seam was done wonderfully.
