I should have listened to my gut and went with another company. I spoke to the owner about flea extermination and somehow the conversation went to how he only hires men exterminators, in this day and age, very inappropriate. Despite my gut feeling, I went ahead and scheduled a technician to come and take a look. The technician was nice and walked with me around my house talking about their service. At the end, he provided me with a quote, and my mouth just about fell to the floor. $492.90!!!! He told me that I received a $50.00 discount for booking through Angie's List. I'm thinking wow, so you charge $542.90 for a service that not only didn't work, but the fleas came back about a month and half later but 500% worse!!!! I did a little more investigation on reviews. It took a little time, but wow, just about every review I found was negative and how the owner is money nothing but money hungry. I found that the average cost for flea extermination, on the high end is about $400. So, they charge $150 over that for a service that, once again, did not get rid of the fleas!! I called the number on my receipt and their website and because of the holiday weekend received an answering service person who after collecting my information, asked when I would like a return call. ASAP meaning that same day. After several calls, I still have not received a return call. Again, I understand that it is a holiday weekend, but you would have thought someone could have called to see what problem I was having and that they could send someone after. Guess not. I will be contacting the BBB.
