Easy to contact via email, responds quickly.  Does very high quality work, lawn and overall yard looks better than it has in years.

It's a very personalized service, and they're very responsive. I'm familiar and comfortable with the crew that comes, and if I ever have any issues, Steve will come personally to my home to assess and correct the problem. He also comes out about twice a year to survey the property and make assessments.

We moved into town this year and received a few quotes from local lawn care providers to perform weekly lawn mowing. Simonfay's quote was in the ballpark of the others (not the cheapest, but no the most expensive) and we ultimately went with them because their office was right in town and their customer service is pretty friendly. Steve is pretty accessible via email - he generally gets back to me within 48 hours. More impressively, he's come by our house as early as 7am on a weekend (at my request) to review our property and discuss some potential landscaping work (which we still haven't decided on). The quote came out to be more than I expected, and I will likely try to get other quotes when the time gets closer to when we're ready to pull the trigger. My wife and I both work so we've actually never seen the work being performed. We only see the result once we get back at the end of the day.
Simonfay comes by our property once per week to cut the lawn and occasionally applies fertilizer treatment according to their pre-planned schedule. I think we've also signed up for the fall season leave removal service. The monthly bill comes out to anywhere between $200-300 depending upon services performed in the given month.
All in all, we've been pretty pleased with the service thus far and can recommend Simonfay.

Steve Simonfay is the owner of Simonfay Landscape Services. He personally consults with you to look at your needs and makes suggestions. He will give you a proposal and if you don't want to do it that's fine and you don't have to do it. He generally cares about each individual client and his crew is generally very knowledgeable.
