Reuben Parada may be one of the best contractors I have used period. He is knowledgeable and very nice. He is a dustless sander, but when you are installing you are using a saw, but he maintained the dust to a minimum. First class all the way, I highly recommend him.

Very good with scheduling- they worked around some changes I had to make. The work took about 3 days and looks great. There is some touch-up work that I will need to do to the paint around the baseboards because of scuffing and staining, but they warned me that would be the case. Ruben, the owner, is very pleasant to work with and the price they quoted was the price I paid, which is for some reason always a question with contractors. I didn't get other estimates so I can't offer an objective opinion on the fairness of the price, other than to say it was worth it to me.
