Two neighbors recommended Rose City Paving. I made an appointment with ease. The company asked to reschedule the appointment for the next day. The next day, I'm waiting and waiting. I checked my messages and the company called to say they're too busy to come over and too busy for any more jobs. This was extremely unprofessional and rude. I changed my schedule around two days in a row, so I could be home for this appointment. Also, why did the company make an appointment if it's not interested in my business? I c

Horribly customer service.  BEWARE:  We hired them to repave a section of driveway and the job started caving in 6 months later.   Never came by to a**** the situation and didn't even offer an estimate to repair the job.  Owner abruptly said he wasn't going to do it.

"This was a temporary patch over an unstable sub-base caused by the removal of an oil tank. The job was done as a favor to the realtor within 48 hours to facilitate the sale of the home. We can not be responsible for the sub base as we did not remove the oil tank and we did not back fill the hole. The problem clearly exists with the sub-base and anyone who has worked with us directly or has visited our website know the importance of a solid sub-base and that we do not guarantee work done over sub-bases prepared by other contractors. This was explained to the homeowner and an estimate was giving to repair it properly, but the home owner wanted it done for free and we can not work for free."
