Very well. They got the part and I continued to use that very old computer for a couple of more years until opted to get a new one. Only Apple computer techs in the are worth their salt. Better than sending you laptop off to Cupertino, CA. and they are very sensitive to your needs.

He put the new hard drive in while I waited in just 5 minutes and charged me nothing! For sure someone else would have charged me! I thought it was very kind of him. He worked on my computer one other time satisfactorily also. Prices are reasonable considering there are not many Mac experts in the area. Having trouble loading operating system and he said he can do for me so I w I’ll bring it back today for that. Have great confidence. In Riccardi, even Appl recommends him!

Vendor reviewed hard drive which had been making a clicking noise; had hard drive/pc for 2 days; determined that the hard drive would need to go into a clean room if there was any chance to save the data; DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE ASSESSMENT

I THOUGHT THAT THE STAFF WAS VERY POLITE, PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THEIR PRICES WERE VERY REASONABLE AND THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL WHEN WE ASKED ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR COMPUTERS.
