+ -1 moreMauro Counstruction evaluated a rotten porch roof support system, removed the nonfuctional 2 x 10 beams, the extrior trim work, replaced all the bad wood, and repaired the 3 vertical wood columns that supported the large cross beams. the finished product looked VERY nice...could never tell what had lurked in that porch roof.
Description of Work: my porch roof had severe water damage...the supporting crossbeams were rotted , and the pillars supporting the beams were also rotting. Beams supported a porch roof about 30 feet long. Mauro replaced the rotten wood, and the columns that were rotten efficiently and cleanly. Very nice finish job. he also discovered a roof leak that caused the whole issue, professional and courteous.
