You would be lucky to even get a response from them. After Hurricane Isais’ destruction in early August, it was expected that service would be affected across East coast including New Jersey that was severely affected. After a phone call and two emails, it has been 6 weeks and I am still waiting to hear back. Highly unprofessional.

Mike showed up on time. He quickly assessed our broken light fixture. He thought it might have to be sent away for repairs, but after some quick troubleshooting he determined it could be fixed on-site. He was extremely friendly and provided quality service. I would use KLAS again.

There was a little difficulty connecting at first but, otherwise, everything went extremely well. Lou and the other electricians arrived when they said they would, they were meticulous and made no mess at all. At one point there were four electricians working on different projects in my condo and all were polite and helpful. I highly recommend this company for electrical work and will definitely use them again.
