insurance covered this repair after an accident but this repair shop put in used and rebuilt parts without telling me. 1 part was defective and needed to be replaced a month after the initial repair. Then another part broke a year later. When the first part turned out to be defective, they refused to even look at the car saying parts were fine. I told them the steering was way too loose And they said it was a normal jeep steering. But it wasn't like that before they did the repair. Needless to say I brought my car elsewhere and had parts replaced with new ones.
