RA Dill has the problem of not having enough business due to their ridiculously high price ($1100+ for 3hr visit), they try to rip off every customer they have and bully anyone who disagrees. Don't use them, there are tons of better plumbers out there.

"Your claims are deceitful and incorrect. My rates are as described: $165 per hour for one man. You had 2 men at your home for the price of $247.50 per hour which is needed to remove and reinstall a water heater as you requested. Since your issue was not the water heater, as I told you prior to doing the job you requested, you required another visit to identify the incorrect installation of 2 valves installed by another contractor that was unlicensed. There was a total of 4.5 hrs of 2 men to accomplish the jobs you requested, as well as upgrades your wife requested, and isolating the illegal work done in your home from the rest of your house. There were also $85.12 worth of materials used. That should have totaled $1198.87. I only billed $1127.30. You were never ripped off, or bullied. You were held accountable for your responsibility as a home owner who engages a contractor to work in your home. You should probably call a flat rate company so that you can pay more, and get less. Good luck in the future finding a plumber that you can work with."

For a simple toilet flush valf service that I was charged in the past for my Summit, NJ house between $75-$85, this place charged me $188.31 and did not consider adjusting the bill. Oportunist and overpriced. Would not use them ever again nor recommend them.

Very well. Chuck and Ryan were friendly, through, and communicative. Would use again. Price for service performed was fair, and a little less than others. Hourly rate quoted was $130, plus parts. No call out fee.

They do a great job and are very skilled in their work.  They're incredibly professional and personable.  We've since had to move, and they definitely spoiled me with the work they've done.  We've also had them do much bigger jobs and they've always done wonderful work!  First class!

We called for two services. One was to diagnose a non working Kohler steam generator and the other was a leaking shower head. We called Kohler about the shower and they sent a replacement cartridge assembly free of charge but we could not install it. They came out and looked at the steam generator and got on the phone with Kohler and later diagnosed it to be full of mineral deposits. We would have to get it disconnected and sent in to Kohler for servicing or get a new steam generator. As for the shower cartridge, there were two others who came and installed it. It was done,but I found out later that there was a drain hole that was not aligned to the bottom so some water accumulates there now.

I THOUGHT THIS COMPANY DID A GOOD JOB BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T DAMAGE ANY OF THE PIPES OR TILES. SINCE THE WORK WAS DONE IN THE BATHROOM, I THOUGHT THEY MIGHT DAMAGE SOMETHING. THE PEOPLE WERE VERY NICE.
