Matt was ver friendly, knowledgeable, responsible and reliable throughout the entire project which lasted 7 months. He was pleasure to work with and I was able to trust him. Matt was always listened to what my husband and I had to say and offered good suggestions. He respected our opinions and decisions. We wanted radiant floor heating and he was honest about not being an expert in that field and researched different options and subcontractors. Matt really considered our project as his own house. Matt was quick to consult the other parties, such as engineer or architect, when necessary and hard to stay within budget and the original construction schedule. i felt he was transparent in the conversations he had with the subcontractors and pricing. Matt is also extremely detail oriented and made sure that the subcontractors were up to his standard. His workmanship is superior and we couldn't be happier with all tiling, trimming, and putting the kitchen and bathrooms together.

My husband and I are extremely happy with what Matt did for us. We love our new house!!
