Description of Work: I needed bat mitzvah invitations printed on a rush basis. Chatham Print and Design was tremendous! I found them on Angie's list and called them. This was during a busy season for print shops, who are busy with holiday mailings for non-profits during that time. When I called, Chatham Print was clear about how big a job they could or could not do in my time frame and ended up getting my job done in 24-36 hours. They stayed in touch constantly about the status of my order. The quality was excellent and the price exceeded my expectations. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

 + -1 morehigh quality printing; counter person Debbie needs to 'empathize' with customers who are looking for commitments. Hesitated about making a commitment for delivery date. Why can't you commit to a delivery date? Job did get completed on time and cost as promised.
