Owner Scott as well as Steve, the front desk and the whole team here are the best there is. I've been a lot of different places over the years for power equipment and landscaping machinery, but I don't go anywhere else any more. They are honest and fair to a fault. They are total experts in new equipment, maintenance, repair and teaching about each piece of equipment I've bought from them and serviced with them. They don't talk down to you, either. I've taken numerous lawnmowers, hedge trimmers and snowblowers in for work and they always took care of everything and treated me well. I also bought my generator here and I get a lot of supplies here too. When I purchased a hedge trimmer last year they told me how to save money on the version I was buying from them! Our Chatham/Summit/New Providence/whole area is very lucky to have this expertly run, family own business right here. Thank you, guys. I would travel much further to get here if I lived further away.

They were very friendly and helpful.  They could have been a little more communicative about what they were doing to fix it.
