However, when the wallpaper arrived, it was not as wide as advertised.  33" vs the 36"  I had bought.  My paper hanger pointed this out and said he thought we would not have enough paper as a result.  So I called the women at Chatham Interiors and they told me this wasn't their responsibility and that I should call Thibaut directly.  I was taken aback.   I hadn't paid Thibaut or bought the paper on a discount website.  I had paid full price to Chatham Interiors.  They offered to order another roll and even give me a small discount, but frankly, that didn't seem right to me.  And I needed the paper right away as the paper hanger was trying to finish up.
They finally agreed to make a phone call to Thibaut, but ultimately, I had to call Thibaut myself and Thibaut, without question, sent me a new roll at their cost and included the priority shipping.  Thibaut gets an A for service (although they should take better care to be sure their paper is the advertised width.)
