Chatham Collision was a recommended to me by my auto insurer, AAA, as an approved facility. This is the second experience I had with them and in both cases they have been extremely professional, communicative and detail-oriented. I received near daily updates via email from Chatham regarding the progress of my car. They offer early drop off, late pick up and made the entire experience as painless as possible. Other than paying my deductible, they handled all of the paperwork with the insurance company. All I needed to do was sign a form and then pick up my car when it was ready.
