Very well, no surprises.

Strongly over price services and incompetent service basically they fixed my truck and I got it back and it broke down the same day I got it back, Well I can tell you this much they charge me and arm and a leg to tow my truck when it broke down whether it was their fault are not it took them a long time to fix it longer than I thought was within the rate of normal and then I said when I got my truck back my first day out with it about a hundred miles down the road it broke down again the same parts fail that they had just previously replaced because they did job wrong they didn't complete the job they didn't pay action to details they subsequently refuse to cover the towing fee that I had to show out to get my truck towed when it broke down after their repair job failed then we had to fight with them to get them to pay for the repairs tat had to be undertaken just to fix their mistakes and then they didn't want to pay for the cost of my rental truck that I had to use to keep working when my truck down when my truck shouldn't been down because it just got fixing again. The company that I run for he calls me and told me the estimate was way above and beyond normal that he was going to negotiate everything with them and that we were going to eliminate some of the things I needed them to do because was too costly so I let him tell them what to do and what not to do.

They did a great job.

I have had my Jeep for about 2 years and at 60-70mph the car starts to vibrate pretty badly. Bauer test drove the Jeep with me and felt it was the rear end of the Jeep causing the problem. I originally came in for a road force balancing, which is only available from certain shops. Bauer balanced the tires and found them to be OK, but when it was on the lift he noticed that the left rear axle was bent causing the wheel to run out.
The shop is the most modern and clean shop I have ever been in. The staff was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and fast.
The price was reasonable. I would use them again.
