Mario power washed my parent's home and he did an amazing job! By far the most professional and kind person my family has had the opportunity to work with. When I say kind, in this situation he saved my father's life. My father is 81 and he fell on the street beside the house and hit his head on the concrete. He could not get up. Mario quickly went into action and carried my frail father into the the home and tended to his wound. Mario is my family's hero!

Mario and his team were very professional from his prompt return call of my initial inquiry to quick scheduling and completion of the work. Although late in the season, he and his team were able to clean the roof of moss, mold, and did a great job - looks super!

They arrived early, were neat, clean, and professional. They also honored the original bid even though the furniture was much dirtier than expected. The patio cleaning was as expected, and the furniture turned out even better than I had hoped. Softwash Ranger is an excellent company that does exactly what they say they are going to do. Softwash Rangers did an excellent job, and I would definitely hire again! He even took photos of our chimney to show us some problem areas that might need addressing in the near future.

Excellent. Mario and his crew did a great job! They arrived at the scheduled time and pointed out some issues with my roof, soft spots. Mario showed me the areas of the roof and recommended I get them repaired by the roofer who installed the roof, especially if it was covered under a warranty.

The house looked real nice after it was cleaned. Mario was very responsive to questions and follow-up. He was prompt and communications were smooth between us.

well done...only reason I gave 4 stars on price was b/c the deal would have applied to a larger home than I had so didn't get max benfit of the deal

Excellent, very professional...he even emailed me a video showing the damaged areas on my roof and trim while he was powerwashing the house...I called my roofer the next day to fix the problems Mario had alerted me to..his crew is well experienced...fast, efficient thorough and definitely customer service oriented...Do yourself a favor...when you need work done the right way, give Mario a call...you won't be disappointed!

My initial telephone inquiry was responded to promptly, and I had an email estimate in hand immediately, complete with insurance and bonding details, as well as links to videos demonstrating the roof washing process, etc. Accepting the proposal is made simple and quick via a link from the estimate email. I was immediately contacted to schedule the work! Mario and his crew showed up on time and walked through the property with me to confirm the scope of the work. The work was excellent: everything was beautifully cleaned and the surrounding areas were also left immaculate. Mario also went to the trouble to take photos of problem areas on my roof with stack vents that I wouldn't otherwise have known about. It's not often that one gets excellent work done at a fair price & in a conscientious manner. I would use Softwash Ranger again in a heartbeat!

Showed up on time and did more than everything promised. Cleaned up the sidewalks and also the front porch (no extra charge).

Woke up at 2:00 in the morning with water gushing inside our bedroom window. Sent a message to Mario at 7:00 in the morning and immediately after sending message received a call. Scheduled us for between 10-11 the same day. Came at around 10:30 and did a great job removing ice dams in our roof. Thank you for your help.
