He was due at my home at 9:30 AM but called around 9:15 to say he was running early-could he come by? OF COURSE! :)
He got right to work. He replaced the faucets in my kitchen and downstairs bathroom before a lunch break, then after lunch he replaced a faucet in my guest bath and two faucets in my master bath.
He was unable to replace the faucet in my master tub because the faucet was soldered in; I appreciated the fact that he told me that he was unable to do so and not try and perhaps damage my plumbing. I appreciated that he knew his limitations. He even gave me a recommendation for a plumber to use for this job-I checked out the plumber and they are highly recommended on Angie's List! :)
By 2 PM he was all done and checking for leaks. No leaks, everything looked great and I couldn't have been more pleased. I would definitely hire Randy again.
