Mortgage Companies
Due to a past bankruptcy I had many hurdles to overcome to obtain a mortgage to purchase my dream home. After dealing with another lender last year and having a terrible experience, I was apprehensive to say the least. He promised a pre-approval and delivered. From the day the initial contract was signed (5/18/2013) until closing (7/19/2013) Pete Savino exhibited total professionalism as well as making me feel comfortable with a process that was long and at times grueling. He spent approximately 2 hours doing the loan application and explained each and every page prior to my signing. He never painted a perfect picture, but always assured me that this loan was going to happen. I cant say enough about my experience and I would and have recommended him to others. Thank you Pete. I am truly appreciative of all your hard work and patience.
