WE wanted the best inspector who would go over a 3000 sq ft house in north bergen with a fine toothed comb. We got a very fair inspector who knew his trade and much wisdom to spare.
He was thorough and took his time, and we appreciated his seriousness as it is a huge purchase for any family.
The price was fair given the inspector was very experienced and thorough. Money well spent.

The inspector, William Speer, arrived on time and fully equipped.  I got to follow him around and ask questions as he make his rounds.  He was very proficient at his job and knowledgeable.  Knowing this will be my first home purchase, he took the time to point out things I should be aware of in terms of upkeep of the house.  It was the most interesting three and a half hours I ever spent.
