Elena from Apex was amazing in every sense.  We had been eyeing engineered stones that were all in high demand.  Thankfully, we had Elena to help us get the slabs we needed in time for our project.  She was juggling two suppliers to try to meet our timeline, and did a great job at it.  She kept us well-informed throughout the whole process.
Where we ran into some issues, was at the time of install.  Even though we had specified an edge profile, the edges seemed different than what we were expecting, and the corners were also not what we expected.  The fabricator had made some assumptions about corners that weren't at all what we were expecting.  
It seemed like a crisis at the time, given how long we had waited for the Caesarstone slabs.  But Elena did a great job of sorting out the situation to our satisfaction.  A few days to get the edges & corners re-cut to our specifications, and we had the install 4 days later.  
 Looking at the counters, I couldn't be happier.  They look great!  Elena was a pleasure to work with through every step of the process!  My only advice if working with them is to make sure to specify corner and edge profiles.  Be there for the installation, in case anything doesn't look quite right.

WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK. THEY WORK AT A GOOD PACE AND THEY GET THE JOB DONE. THEY NEVER HAVE LEFT ANY MESS FOR ME TO PICK UP AND I THINK THEIR PRICE IS VERY REASONABLE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
