replacement windows

.The next set of 3 front windows were a different style, the construction had no springs. One of theses windows broke , too.Now tilting it to clean is lopsided. Three large double hung are now completely broken. The worst part of this is when I called last year the company would not answer the phone,direct to a menu and no matter which option you choose you get voicemail. Very angering. I have contracted with another company to install 20 windows and put on siding. I would never recommend Greg Nigro or his company to anyone. Their product in 1992 was twice what I am paying for a better window in 2013. It was never about the money, stand behind your product. Terrible company.Their windows have been replaced and now I am happy to be rid of them.
Description of Work: Replaced 3 bottoms of their own double hung windows. I first did business with them in 1993 and had 6 windows replaced.The company has a lifetime guarantee. The 3 largest windows broke(spring inside),they came to fix at a travel charge.They were the only ones who could fix their windows with a special tool.
