Direct Fence

I don’t usually write reviews, but I always read them carefully when having work done. I recently contacted Direct Fence because my door wasn’t closing properly. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The customer service representative was very professional and clearly explained the process. My door was fixed within a week, and the technician who did the work was punctual, professional, and did a great job. I was very happy with the outcome. Direct Fence installed my original fence nearly five years ago, and this recent experience confirmed that I made the right choice. It's exactly why I highly recommend them today—they truly stand behind their work!

Request a quote on Saturday. The sales person said I would have a quote by Saturday night and I’m still waiting 3 days later. Unfortunately even if they had the best price and/or reviews You can’t trust a company who doesn’t deliver on their promise.

The fence is not 6 ft H the way supposed to be . It is shorter while I paid for 6 feet H.

They were right on time and proformed a very thorough job installing my chain linked fence. Pleasant installers, and when calling their office they always answered the phone, ( which is amazing these days ). Every one in their office was always helpfull and willing to go the extra mile to make things go very smooth. Their estimate was right at my price range, UNLIKE other companies who provided me with estimates that were completely ridiculously high. Chris and his team at Direct Fence were amazing to work with! It took us a while to decide on a fence and Chris was patient and followed up with us, answering all our questions. They installed our fence today and the work was outstanding, and that’s coming from an extreme perfectionist. The installers were fast, efficient, and professional. We had some grading issues on our property and they got the fence to be straighter than I imagined was possible. I would highly recommend Direct Fence for any fencing project.

I will never recommend them to anybody else. The service that they provided was horrible. The communication was zero. They were supposed to do the work on August 31 but they installed the fence September 13. I could not get any response to their office.

Everything went good. They did the job, they cleaned up after themselves and leave.
