I'm guessing the positive reviews are from Family members or friends. I wanted a tree cut down in my Yard. Rocco convinced me that I should just trim it. He seemed like an Ok guy, he was right in the area that day so I got the whole and quot;we're right in the area, we will save you Money if you do it todayand quot; nonsense. Anyway I fell for it. He came with his Crew and worked for several hours. He agreed to come back the Next day to do more work. The total for the trimming was $1,200. He was going to do another $1,800 the Next day on other work in my yard, which makes a total of $3,000. He asked me to give him the whole sum that day, luckily I only gave him $2,000. That night I decided to have the whole tree cut down instead and to skip the other stuff. I told him I'll pay him whatever it would cost which was going to be $3,600. Sure enough the Next day he didn't show. He didn't Call, or answer his phone. I didn't hear from him for 4 days, the guy just disappeared. When I finally got in touch with him, he apologized and said he was busy. I told him that was very unprofessional, and that he really should have called me to let me know. He says he knows he was busy, Blah Blah Blah. Just for the heck of it I went to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) website and typed in Bruno Tree Service, sure enough there was 3 complaints. I also typed it in on Youtube, he has a Video for his company on there, I couldn't believe some of the Comments people left that he dealt with and RIPPED OFF. Do not use this company unless you enjoy being Stressed out and losing your Money. and quot;THIS GUY IS A CROOK.and quot; and quot;STAY AWAYand quot; It is 2 months and I still haven't seen him, but I don't even want him Near my Property anymore, He'll probably Fake getting Hurt and and quot;Sue Meand quot;. I would like my $800 back, but I doubt I'll ever see it.

Our town was fortunate to have sustained only minimal electrical outages, but a week after the storm we still had no power or heat because we were unable to find anyone willing to come to our house and remove the tree that was blocking access to our electrical connection. Every tree service I called said it would be at least 3-5 days before they could do any work. Some companies wouldn't even come by to give us an estimate. Others quoted us outrageous prices. But when we called Bruno Tree Service, he (Rocco) was there the very next morning at 8:30 AM with a crew of men and within 3 hours he had moved the tree off the house, cutting and neatly stacking all the wood along the side of the property. Rocco is a wonderful, kind man, and as far as I am concerned, he is my hero! Thank you ! Thank you!

I called and got the owner's cell while he was on a job ( I believe the owner of Bruno's Tree Service is actually Rocco - go figure). He said he was in the area and would be over in 30 minutes. He was punctual, and came with several workers. Gave me a quote and did the job immediately as he quoted me a price cheaper than what I thought the job would cost. All the workers were very professional and friendly. They were quick and neat. My property was much cleaner after they left than before. Including removing branches and small debris they were not responsible for.
