nothing more to say, 100% satisfied customer, many times over. When neighbors see Franks's truck, they stop over to talk to him. It is often weeks before he leaves the neighborhood, as many will use 'no one but Frank' in their homes.
He communicates often, and will immediately bring any 'hidden' concerns and his related ideas to you.
