Joe showed up early and actually shoveled yesterdays 8 inches of snow off my front door landing. He was quick, efficient and offered advice on aspects of my upcoming renovation. Highly recommend Plumber Joe.

We have used this Plumber for all most a year and our neighbors use him as well. Until today all was well.
He called me this morning and was very rude. Joe told me to find another plumber he would not install my
toilets. He felt I was causing too much problem in his office. (I was contacting them via e-mail)
The contract was written in error two times. (I have all e-mails noting no rudeness on my part) I had asked if it could be revised to show correct information. I guess Joe did not feel it was necessary to do this because it would not have caused a problem with the overall work. The point is if you write up a contract asking for someone to pay against it would you as the customer want it to be 100% correct?
After speaking to others that know Joe, they too have indicated he has an attitude. The work he performed in the past
was fine, done on time and priced competitively. It's a shame I have to post this. Good work, bad customer service from
Joe himself.

We have used Plumber Joe for several jobs over the years. You name it, they do it related to Plumbing. Fixed hot tub fixture, replaced kitchen faucet. Yes, any company will do these jobs but they were reliable, honest, and courteous.

He has been working on his own probably for the last 8 years under that name. I never had any problem with his work. I own a Bread and Breakfast, so he has done all the work for my Inn and if I have any emergency, he will respond quickly. He is very professional. When he is there, he does the job, does it correctly, does not make any mess in my house, when he does work he cleans up which some contractors don't do that. He is excellent. His price is average for a professional person like auto mechanics, plumbers, heater guys everybody charge $85 an hour. I would use him again in the future.
