When you own a solar system from Ocean Solar it generates 100% of your electricity usage. This is sold back to the utility at the retail rate. All installations may also take advantage of the 30% federal tax credit until Dec. 2016. Solar owners in New Jersey and Pennsylvania also earn renewable energy credits. These credits are earned for 15 years and can be sold to expedite the return on your investment. Our prices are fair to ensure our customers receives positive cash flow from the start. Installing solar means being a part of the solution. We know installing solar panels is one of the most patriotic actions you can take. "Hello [Member Name Removed], We contacted you telling you that because your system was a Sunpower install, you as the homeowner needed to make the phone call to Sunpower and once they issued you a new inverter we would be happy to reinstall it for you. This issue with your system was back in the summer and it is only because we did send a follow up bill to you in the mail that you are now posting a review. We sent you both email and phone call verification about what the next steps needed to be to fix your system. We never received follow up from you. This is a very unfair review and we are more than happy to still remedy your system. Again, as the homeowner with all of the original paperwork, you had the necessary info to call Sunpower direct. It is unfortunate that you feel this way and again, we are more than happy to reinstall a new inverter for you. Please feel free to reach out to us directly?"
The system is saving even more than Ocean Solar had projected and I expect it to be fully paid for within five years easily. Then we will be making a profit!
