They were very punctual and came when they said they would. Theye technicians explained what the problem was and fixed it. They are very professional. 

They also came out for a knocking in the air handler at a later time. They once again were punctual and fixed the problem with no additional charge on top of the service contract.

Technician was fast and professional - However, Ferrells advertises that they never charge overtime - they don't technically, but they do charge about $100.00 per service call more than other contractors, whether during regular hours or not.   Also, there maintenance plan is $600 per year for 2 heat pumps, when other contractors charge only $380.00. 

Ron scheduled the installation the following week.  David and Herman arrived on time and promptly installed the two units.  One of the units kept turning itself off.  Both Herman and David were diligent in resolving the problem and both systems work excellently.  I highly recommend this company.

This service relates to a condo we have in Rehoboth Beach,DE. Our AC wasn't cooling well and we needed a new condenser and heater unit, our service company, McGee, said. I called Ron Ferrell for a 2nd opinion (plus I was looking for some objective information on replacement of our AC/heating systems in our condo comunity. Ron came, educated me in the do's and don't and costs of upgrading SEER units, replacing only one of the parts, what kind of unit works best at the beach, etc. He also inspected our condenser and told me he could replace one part and it would probably run another 2 yrs. I chose to have him replace the condenser for a new one, for a number of reasons and that was done quickly and professionally. Of course, part of the installation included inspection of the inside heater unit. Ferrell's overall service is also good, albeit about $100 more expensive per year than other service contractors.

They were excellent. They showed up on time. They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. You wouldn't even know they were there. When I called there, somebody answered the phone and asked me what time I wanted them to show up. I liked their promptness, their courteousness, and the quality of the work that they did. The price was very good because I had somebody else come out and give me an estimate of about $700.00. The quality was excellent. The air-conditioner wasn't working before they got there. They fixed it and it was working fine. They said they were going to show up at 8am and they showed up at 8am. I would definitely use them again in the future if I needed to.

Very well. Mr. Ferrell gave us a proposal, explained everything he planned to do and why, including where ducts and returns would be and why he thought they system he proposed would be the best one for us. We agreed on the price and he set a date to do the installation and told us how long it would take. He showed up on the day he said, completed the work and cleaned up any and all mess. They moved everything in the attic - and put it back!
