So why is my review lousy? In September we asked them to design and provide and landscape quote. The owner, Stan, promised a plan and quote by September. Numerous correspondence by phone and e-mail and we still haven't received anything. Further, another person came out in mid April, commented, "Stan should not have been involved. We'll get it to you right away" and we still haven't heard anything. If you don't want the business, just say so directly. Really lousy service. Sorry, but not at all happy here
