We live in the Cape May area and contractors never show up. It s a running joke. They are called cape maybes. Maybe they will show up! PMB by the sea showed up when scheduled, gave us a great price and came the next day to install the unit. We are extremely happy with the work they did and would highly recommend them!

If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would. They installed gas heat and central air, as well as a gas water heater. From the beginning of the process to the end, they were terrific. Phil and Charlie explained everything and the estimate was detailed. We had the same workers every day - they were thorough, explained what they were going to do. They were prompt, cleaned up everything. We could not be happier with PMB - from start to finish!

The owner, Phil, came out the same day we called in June. Other companies have yet to return our calls. Phil tried a couple of quick repairs to our condenser on a Saturday. These didn't work and on Monday we had a new unit put in. The mechanics, Dan and Chad, were very professional and courteous. When they left everything was spotless.

PMB IS A TWO MAN SHOW. Phil is the owner and Charlie seems to be the more knowledgeable of the two. Charlie is retiring in a few years. Phil says PMB does commercial as well as residential work. Charlie knows a lot about heat pumps. They got my heat pump working in 45 minutes.

Phil & Charlie arrived same day we called. They measured the area & quoted a reasonable price. Within 2 days, 4 technicians worked from 9am to 5pm & removed old appliances & installed replacements. They were very efficient & diligently cleaned the entire area before leaving. They were supervised & supported by Phil & Charlie & we were very pleased with the outcome. Our sincere thanks to the PMB team for all their efforts. We would highly recommend them.
