Description of Work: None, After paying money I was unable to contact the company so I contacted Angie's and cancelled the order. The listed phone number was not active and I had no way to contact the company. Do not contract with them unless you are able to make contact. Don't know iif they are really in business.

 + -1 moreCalled several air duct cleaners about cleaning the air ducts in our new house prior to our move. The previous owner had cats and we all are allergic to cats and wanted to thoroughly clean the house before moving in. We wanted to schedule the air duct cleaned before the deep cleaning of the house. Ventflo was one of the first to call back. Doug was friendly and quoted a great price. We agreed on the time and day of the cleaning. On the day of cleaning, he calls an hour and half before the appointment and cancels, saying that one of his crew had an emergency. Doug said it was an emergency so what can I do. I admit I was slightly annoyed since I schedule the house cleaner to come and do the deep clean (and clean whatever allergen/debris kicked up by the air duct cleaning) the following day. I ask to reschedule to earliest possible time and Doug says since he cancelled on us, he will make an exception and do the cleaning on Sunday morning. I say great since I wanted to get all the cleaning done as soon as possible. Sunday comes along and nothing. He simply does not show up. No explanation, no calls, nothing. I call and leave several messages and he never responds. Doug really screwed up my move-in schedule. He acted entirely unprofessional and irresponsible. Dealing with Doug ended up being worse than a complete waste of time.

Description of Work: I need someone in my home quickly, I called the people at ventflo as well as three other companies I found here on Angie's list. Ventflo was the first to answer my call and were here the very next day! The job entailed cleaning the duct work in two units upstairs and downstairs in my home. A recent heating and cooling tune up found mold and mice droppings throughout my upstairs unit and I was not going to turn my unit on for air conditioning till it was clean.Ventflo cleaned and sanitized the air handler in the attic under difficult heat. They were through and talked me through everything they did before and as they worked. I am confident that the air my family is breathing now is clean because of this service.

 + -1 moreOn time, professional and honest regarding their estimates. The work was performed fairly quickly. Very good deal and service.
Description of Work: They did a great job cleaning the ducts with a rotary brush and HEPA Vacuum. They also sanitized the whole system with disinfectant. I had about 15 vents, 2 main returns and 1 main trunk. I also got a great discount on the dryer vent cleaning as well since they were already here.
