 + -1 moreThey put in an undersized filter, did not flush evaporator, failed to check Freon charge, did not check condensate discharge, which I later found was clogged, which caused a flood in the area of the condenser. I have since switched to Mcallester which performed a complete service and I have confidence in their ability and knowledge.
