Their quote process was very detailed and responded by a personal visit into our place to survey the job. They discussed with me on what I wanted. They showed me another condominium in the building where they were 90 percent done with their work. I absolutely told them that I would like a bid from them and I had it within a week later. He was doing a lot of work plus I was going to Florida for a fishing trip in-between. I got it and it was good. The quote was in-between the other 2 companies. He was spot-on in terms of what I was asking for. He was knowledgeable about the product. He helped me understand on what I could do with a screen door that everyone had quoted me on. He actually improved my thinking with a different type of sliding screen winter door which was exactly what I was hoping for. He knew what I wanted before I did so I am doing that door. I also know that he is very familiar with the building. He has done this work before. He knows the pluses and minuses of working in this building. He is someone that I feel is very fair in the bidding. He is still going to make enough money to stay in business. He is a very honest person with a lot of integrity. The word of mouth is making him very busy. I feel very lucky that our property manager recommended him. About an hour later I walked out in the parking lot and he was there.
