At the 5 week period, I called again. It was nearing the end of the promised date. Mrs Mixon hysterically accused me of yelling at her, hassling her, stabbing in the back, at the mention of an attorney. She then asked, "Well what do you want, the cabinets, or your money back?" I responded, "I would like my $1300 back." In June, at my wit's end, a friend who owns properties, and perhaps is more adept in this situation, talked to Ray Mixon (though my friend was initially deterred from doing so). She was told that we would have to draw up a contract to cancel the contract. That was the last contact I had.
