Danny Does It All

This pro was very poor in punctuality, communication and efficiency.He came 3x. He arrived almost an hr late the first time, was a "no show" the 2nd time and then was 4 hrs or so late the last two occasions he was in our home.On the last day, he wanted to be fully paid in advance and promised to come back another date and time to finish the job.We were concerned since we now had a hole in our ceiling that was never there before.He painted the ceiling without properly repairing the tape peeling on the ceiling first and the laundry rm walls (paint) became /looked messy but he promised to come back to finish everything so we thought it will all be better by the time he is done but as soon as the advance payment was sent via paypal, he then surprisingly sends an invoice that completely deviated from what we agreed with a note that if we do not agree to pay the additional amount, he will not come back to complete the repair / job so we requested a refund. He called and agreed to edit and put into detail his invoice, reflecting what we agreed on for consideration but we never received it even after texting him a reminder so we had to dispute the advance payment we had sent him with paypal. He got upset and requested to be paid for time spent which we declined to do. He was unprofessional and very rude.
