When our generator died one week after Hurricane Sandy, Rich attempted to help us get it going via the phone at night so we wouldn't have to leave the house. We were unable to get it started so he came out first thing the next morning. After trying to fix it he had to refer us to a Generac specialist. He didn't charge us for the visit at all and the specialist he referred us to was able to fix it, saving us a lot of money. We've also used Yetka for a minor electrical issue when power finally came back on and they not only fixed it, but they also left a detailed note explaining what I could do if the problem occurs again. This company is clearly very honest and will have our business for any electrical work and for servicing our generator.
