That included 2.5 baths, cathedral ceiling living room, cathedral ceiling kitchen, dining room, 3 stairwells, 3 bedrooms, 1 study, 3 hallways, all the ceilings & mouldings, doors! In addition, my home is a listed historic home which needed much sanding, replastering, & close attention to detail to maintain the style & integrity of the building. Rega Painting skilled workers, under Ray's supervision painted & restored my home back to its best. I immediately felt good with Ray. He took time walking around the entire house. He started listing out all of the things they'd do to prep the house - power wash, sanding, scraping, bond, patching... Repainting and sanding the garage door and all windows, changing the color of the front door for us... After the end of our first meeting, he gave me a written estimate with all of the steps we had just talked about listed out. I knew immediately I wanted to hire him, but he urged me to get other estimates. He told me that they would probably fall into the middle of the price range. They arrived at the same time every morning, worked hard, and they never felt like they were in the way. They were friendly with our dogs as well which is a big plus. While starting the initial prep work of the sanding, they found several boards that were rotted out - most likely from the sprinklers hitting back onto the house in the same spot. There was a corner in one of our windows that had rotted out as well. They removed all of the bad wood and replaced it with high quality. They fixed EVERYTHING and never skimped on the prep work. I appreciate so much that they recognized the problem that we dealt with from the last time the house was painted, then did their best to make sure that it wouldn't happen again. We've gotten several compliments from the neighbors and friends who saw what the house looked like before. I've already recommended Rega Painting to several people. It truly was an A+++ experience.
