NGM uses a special "time saving" device, which is how they keep their prices low. Unfortunately, their device caused water to leak into the house, so they couldn't use it and needed to do the windows by hand. They "forgot" to clean some windows and actually broke a window. They said they'd replace the window they broke, but we haven't heard from them in weeks. The experience proves the old adage, "you get what you pay for."
