I contacted Judd to upgrade my master bath- the shower was not aging well and had a soft spot developing.. He responded promptly, arrived for an estimate at a time convenient to my schedule, and provided the most reasonable and comprehensive estimate I obtained. After deciding upon a date, he arrived each day on time as planned, took the shower down to the studs, found the tile i required, did a great job, and completed the work ahead of time. He contacted me daily at work with an update, left my home very neat and clean, and worked well with my plumber. Minimal disruption to my home and schedule, and a great finished product.
